Cantante , produttore , arrangiatore , compositore , attore e persino doppiatore nell'irriverente South Park. Eclettico e geniale , come tanti colleghi con cui ha ridefinito la black music ( Marvin Gaye , Curtis Mayfield...).
Il miglior tributo possibile è riscoprire la sua enorme e splendida discografia.
